What this policy covers

This policy applies to every Clousd service: cloud Android devices, the dashboard and screen streaming, the API, the MCP server, ADB access, and the network connections we provide through third-party network providers (together, the “service”). It is part of our Terms of service. You are responsible for how the service is used under your account: by you, by everyone you give access to, and by every script, integration and AI agent you connect.

What Clousd is for

Clousd gives you real Android devices in the cloud, built from the profiles of real phone models. Customers use them to:

  • test and debug their apps on many device models, Android versions and locations;
  • run quality assurance, CI pipelines and reproducible test runs from snapshots;
  • give software and AI agents a real Android device to work on;
  • manage their own accounts and their clients’ accounts on mobile apps: agencies, brands, social media teams and e-commerce sellers with several storefronts;
  • check how apps, ads and stores look for users in other countries;
  • keep work, clients and personal use apart.

Use Clousd only with accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and only in line with the law and with the terms of every app and platform you use through it.

What is not allowed

You may not use the service, or help anyone else use it, for any of the following.

1. Fraud and financial crime

  • Scams, phishing, money laundering, financing of terrorism or any other fraud.
  • Using another person’s identity, documents, cards or bank accounts without permission, including to pass identity checks (KYC) or to pay.
  • Carding, chargeback fraud, or testing stolen payment details.
  • Dealing with sanctioned people, companies or regions, or helping anyone get around sanctions or export controls.

2. Evading bans and impersonation

  • Creating or using accounts to get around a ban, suspension or restriction that a platform has placed on you, your clients or your accounts.
  • Pretending to be another person or organization, or registering accounts with false identities to deceive a platform or its users.
  • Buying, selling or renting accounts of other platforms, or registering accounts in bulk for resale.

3. Abuse of promotions

  • Claiming sign-up bonuses, free trials, referral rewards, discounts, giveaways, betting offers or airdrops more often than their terms allow, including ours.

4. Fake engagement and spam

  • Producing fake likes, follows, subscribers, reviews, ratings, votes, comments, views, installs or ad clicks, or selling them.
  • Running networks of accounts or bots to manipulate reach, rankings, trends or public opinion.
  • Sending spam or unsolicited bulk messages, calls or emails.

5. Ticket scalping and purchase limits

  • Using automation to buy tickets in breach of the U.S. BOTS Act or similar laws, or to get around purchase limits, queues or checks set by sellers.

6. Unauthorized access and attacks

  • Getting into accounts, systems or data without permission, including account takeover, credential stuffing and password guessing.
  • Using stolen credentials, cookies or session tokens.
  • Distributing malware or other harmful code; denial-of-service attacks; scanning or testing systems you have no permission to test.

7. Unlawful data collection

  • Collecting personal data without a legal basis or in breach of privacy laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA.
  • Collecting data that is not public without the owner’s permission, or using collected data in breach of privacy, copyright or database rights.

8. Illegal and harmful content

  • Child sexual abuse material: zero tolerance, reported to the authorities.
  • Content that promotes terrorism or violent extremism, harassment, threats or hate.
  • Content or activity that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property, or is otherwise illegal where you or your audience are.

Networks and cloud devices

Network connections provided through Clousd come from third-party network providers. They and the devices themselves may be used only for activities this policy allows. In particular, you may not use them to send spam or bulk email, host phishing pages, attack, scan or overload other systems, distribute malware or reach illegal content, or resell or share devices and connections outside your account without a written agreement with us. To protect our infrastructure and our providers we may limit traffic, block some destinations, and keep the technical records needed to investigate abuse, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Security research

Security research is welcome when you have permission to test the target: your own systems and apps, a bug bounty program within its published scope, or the owner’s written consent. It must stay within that permission and must not harm other users, services or data. Clousd itself is not a target: testing our infrastructure needs our written consent first (legal@clousd.com).

Automation and AI agents

You may automate the service through our API, MCP server, SDK and ADB for the purposes this policy allows. The same rules apply to your scripts and AI agents as to you, and you are responsible for what they do. Respect the rate limits and terms of the apps and sites they use, and keep a person in charge of actions that affect other people, such as payments, messages to many people or changes to accounts.

Your responsibilities

  • Follow the terms and rules of every app, website and platform you use through Clousd.
  • Make sure everyone you give access to follows this policy.
  • Keep your account, API keys and ADB codes secure, and tell us if you think someone else is using them.
  • Answer our questions when we look into a report about your account, and confirm your identity or company if we ask.

How we enforce it

We review abuse reports and signs of misuse. If we believe the service is used in breach of this policy or our Terms, we may, depending on how serious the breach is and without prior notice:

  • warn you and ask you to stop;
  • stop or block devices, API keys or network access;
  • suspend the account or the devices of a team;
  • close the account without refunding its balance;
  • keep the records needed to investigate, and share information with law enforcement or affected parties where the law requires or allows it.

Fraud, account takeover and child sexual abuse material lead to immediate termination. We may refuse service to anyone who has broken this policy before. If you think we acted in error, write to legal@clousd.com.

Report abuse

If you see Clousd used in breach of this policy, write to abuse@clousd.com. We review every report within 48 hours. The Report abuse page explains what to include. Requests from law enforcement and other legal notices go to legal@clousd.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, the updated policy applies to you.
