Which region should I pick?
The one closest to whoever works with the device: the person watching the screen, the server running your scripts or ADB. Where the accounts live is a matter for the network exit, not the region.
Does the region change the price?
No. Devices cost the same in every region. Only the Android version and paid network traffic change what you pay.
Can a device in one region go online from another country?
Yes. A device running in Frankfurt can use a mobile exit in Brazil; its time zone, language and SIM follow Brazil. Networks
Can I have devices in several regions?
Yes. Region is set per device, and devices from every region sit in the same account, dashboard and API.
