How does the Log In recipe get the password?
From Resources. Add accounts one by one or paste a list, link each account to its phone, and the recipe signs that phone in with its own credentials. Passwords and 2FA keys are stored encrypted.
Where do posts and stories come from?
From the Media library in Resources: photos, videos and folders. Each publish step takes the latest or a random file and skips files that phone has already posted.
Can the same Instagram sign in to Facebook and Threads?
Yes, that is how the Meta recipes work. With Instagram signed in on the phone, Facebook can log in through it or sign up with it in Meta Accounts Center, and Threads can join with it. See Facebook.
Can posts go out on a schedule?
Yes. Run any recipe now or on a schedule by weekday and time (UTC), on one phone or a group, with a random stagger so phones do not act at the same second. The Flows builder chains Log In, Warm-Up, Pause and Publish steps, each with a duration and a ± spread.
Mobile or residential for Instagram?
Both work, per phone. Mobile exits use carrier IPs at $5.50 per GB; residential exits use home-ISP addresses at $2.50 per GB. Either way the time zone, language and SIM country follow the country of the exit.
