Owners run the account. Operators run the phones they are given, across whichever clients you assign them, and nothing else. Invite teammates by email; sign-in is protected with an authenticator app.

Every phone is billed on its own plan, so the cost of a client is the sum of their phones. Usage is counted per phone and per day.

Do my clients need their own Clousd accounts?
No. Every client fleet runs under your account, separated into groups, and your operators work on the phones you assign. Clients never need to sign in.
Can operators see billing or other clients’ phones?
No. An operator sees and runs only the devices assigned to them. Billing, API keys, the team and creating or deleting phones stay with owners.
How does Sync work on the Multi-view wall?
Select the phones that should move together and turn on Sync: your taps, swipes and typing on one screen are mirrored to the selected phones. The rest of the wall is not affected.
Can we bill each client for exactly their phones?
Yes. Usage is counted per phone and per day, so each client’s minutes are easy to total, and a phone on the monthly plan is a flat $12 for 30 days.
