ADB

Use your own adb tool with any phone through a secure relay.

Enable and connect

ADB is off by default. Turn it on for a phone with the addresses you will connect from; you get a host, a port and a one-time login code, shown once.

Enable and connect
POST /v1/devices/{name}/adb  {"ttl_hours":24,"allow_ips":["203.0.113.7"]}
# → {"host": "…", "port": 27001, "code": "a1b2c3", "expires": "…"}

adb connect host:27001
adb -s host:27001 shell clousd-login a1b2c3      # → login ok
adb -s host:27001 install app.apk
adb -s host:27001 logcat -d | tail

DELETE /v1/devices/{name}/adb # switch off, close sessions

Limits

  • allow_ips is required, up to 20 addresses or ranges.
  • ttl_hours is 24 by default and at most 168.
  • Up to 3 sessions per phone; idle sessions close after 30 minutes.
  • 5 wrong codes close a session; 20 in 10 minutes switch the relay off.
  • Root, remount, reverse, reboot and similar commands are always refused.
